W. Sumner is one of the veteran abstracters of Kansas, and has been located in Ottawa 24 years. His offices are at 209 South Main street. He also negotiates loans of eastern capital. Mr. Sumner thoroughly understands the business of examining titles and was in the business in Illinois before coming here. He has a complete set of books, up to date duplicates of the records of the county register’s office, and is amply bonded under the laws of Kansas. It pays to have thoroughly competent and responsible parties to examine titles and furnish abstracts, for correctness in them is all important. Mr. Sumner has proven his competency and accuracy by many years of actual successful residence among us.
