A necessary institution in this community is that located at 301 North Main Street. It was established in 1899 by the present proprietor. Mr. J. C. Pettit, whose years of experience in this line has taught him the value of good service. This place has the best facilities for the manufacturing of tin ware and sheet metal products. They install furnaces and do repair work, etc. The prices are reasonable and all work is guaranteed. A specialty is made of handling and installing the Wise Furnaces. They also handle a large line of shelf and builder’s hardware, cutlery, tools, etc. Four skillful mechanics are employed and careful attention given to all jobs entrusted to that care.
