H. A. Kerr is one the brilliant attorney’s of our city. He was admitted to practice in McPherson county about eleven years ago, practiced there, and in Sumner county from whence he came last spring. He is admitted to practice in all the state and federal courts. He styles his offiee [sic] the “Golden Rule Law Office,” for he makes it a point to treat all clients with the same honesty and fairness he would ask for himself. He was a prominent candidate before the republican convention last Saturday, for representative. Mr. Kerr’s office is over the Bank of Ottawa.
