He received his education in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the Jefferson College, he has been practicing medicine in this city for the past thirty years and stands high in the profession as one of the most thorough, painstaking and careful physicians in this city. He occupies well appointed offices at 234 South Main St. He enjoys a well merited reputation and a large patronage among the best families of this city and vicinity. Dr. Herr is a member of the Franklin County Medical Society and highly esteemed in the community.
