One of our prominent practitioners is Dr. Hardy with offices on the second floor at 201 South Main St. Dr. Hardy was born in New Hampshire in 1852. He came west in 1876 locating in Missouri and after graduating from the Missouri Medical College which was in 1881-he located in this city in 1901 and has been very successful. He practices medicine and surgery in all their braches and has won distinction in this community owing to his correct diagnosing and treatments. He is often called by younger physicians for consultation, he is a member of the Franklin County Medical Society, formerly being president of this society, he is also a member of the Baptist church, M. W. A., and A. O. U. W.
