Bloodgood, J. W.

J. W. Bloodgood, of this city, is engaged in manufacturing the Allen Columbian Improved Washing Machines. Having for many years been a skilled mechanic, Mr. Bloodgood was probably selected by the patentee of this machine because of his peculiar fitness to construct them exactly right. The Columbian Improved Washers are simple in construction, easy to operate, do perfect work, and are cheap and durable. These qualities have made it a success from the start. Mr. Bloodgood informs us that within the four years since they were patented, he has turned out nearly 2,000 machines, which have been sold all over the nation, Texas and Oklahoma having furnished especially large demands.
