Besides supplying the best of fresh and cured meats, they pay highest market price for poultry and all butcher stock and make a specialty of fresh butter, eggs, etc. They have the best arrangements for fish and handle fresh oysters in bulk in their season. They expect to keep considerable pork this winter, probably much more than will be necessary for their own market.
