H.P. Welsh, Esq., has also taken unto himself a partner in the person of John K. Harrison, Esq. Mr. Welsh is an old resident of the county, and consequently has some superior advantages for attending to the county business entrusted him. Mr. Harrison has recently moved among us, but brings undoubted testimony to his worth. We wish the new firm an honorable success.
